The Primrose is an adorable house designed as an addition to the Laurel but can also be used as a freestanding home. Thanks to our new dual position roofing system, you can fit it flush against the outside of the Laurel to quickly add a cozy room to the already spacious house. For those of you who would like to take advantage of the versatile design of the Primrose as a stand alone house, the room can be centered to make a wonderful beach house, a cottage or whatever your dreams may be! Shingles are included. 12-1/4'Wx11-1/2'Dx15-1/2'H. Estimated assembly time (not including decorating or painting) - 3 hours.Corona Concept's kits contain all the pre-cut plywood and plastic window parts needed. They feature an easy tab and slot assembly requiring no nails, screws, or tools. Any wood glue or a hot melt glue gun can be used to assemble the kits in just hours. Each kit contains easy to read instructions which refer to schematic drawings showing where each piece of wood can be located along with illustrated diagrams showing detailed assembly. These kits are suitable for various markets: youths (ages 12 and up), adult hobbyists, and both beginner and advanced miniature collectors.
